This policy states, honestly, what data this website processes in its first version. While there is no form and no cookie-based analytics, processing is minimal.

Controller

The controller will be the owner of El Balcón del Moncayo. Name, tax ID and address will be added when they are confirmed. Until then, no data is collected through a house-owned form.

What is processed now

This website does not ask for a name, email or phone number on its own form while PUBLIC_CONTACT_FORM_ENDPOINT is empty.

If you book on this website, Smoobu operates the booking engine. If you book on Airbnb, Booking or Vrbo, those services process your data under their own policies.

Cloudflare may process ordinary connection data (IP, access logs) to serve and protect the site.

Later purposes

When a form is enabled, the planned fields are: name, email or phone, indicative dates, number of guests, pets and a message, with express, unticked consent.

Rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection once a real contact channel exists. This policy should be reviewed with a professional before the full launch.
